Simply register your interest in the scheme and we do the rest.
Our aim is to make the grants scheme process as easy as possible and do most of the work.
We help determine what measures are available and arrange a quotations from local accredited suppliers
We will assist in making the application as soon as the schemes become available.
We can assist in arranging any additional finance if required.
Any organisation introduced by us to provide a quotation for any work under the scheme will be accredited by or in the process of accreditation by TrustMark or MCS or through their scheme provider.
The application and the voucher issue is through the UK government and not grant scheme uk.
All workmanship and product guarantees are the responsibility of the supplier and not Grant Scheme UK. TrustMark and MCS have a strict code of practice.
Grantscheme.uk is independently funded to provide the information and services and is not affiliated with the UK government in any way. The registration of interest, supply of information and assistance is completely free of charge.

The data we collect is used to select the recommended accredited provider and confirm the measures required.
The only data we use as part of the scheme is limited to name, address, contact details and selected property information. We do not collect or require any financial information.
Information is only supplied to selected partners to enable them to contact you in order to process your interest in the scheme. The data is encrypted and secure at all times.
We would never divulge personal information of any kind to other third parties unless required by law.
Use of Information
By using the grantscheme.uk website and registering your details, you agree that we and our selected partners can communicate with you about the scheme and progress of any claim or registration. You may opt out of this at any time by either clicking the opt_out link at the bottom of any emails or alternatively sending an email to us at the address below with the word "Remove" in the subject box.

grantscheme.uk will make every effort to communicate to all participants of the termination, however we will not be held responsible for failing to notify any individual regardless of the reason.
grantscheme.uk may modify this agreement from time to time, with or without notice, and your continued participation in the Scheme will be deemed as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
An individuals participation and acceptance into the Scheme is subject to these terms and conditions, and participation may be refused at the sole discretion of grantscheme.uk without recourse. Any fraud or abuse of the system will result in the immediate termination of that account and total forfeit of any applications and pending grants.
All questions or dispute regarding the Scheme, including without limitation, questions regarding participation and eligibility must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the query where applicable, to grantscheme.uk, 59 High Street, Devizes, Wiltshire. SN10 4ES. Any such dispute will be resolved by grantscheme.uk at their sole discretion. All interpretations of these terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of grantscheme.uk. Under this Agreement, grantscheme.uk gives you permission to access and use the Services for your personal use only.

Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Services will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the London Court of Arbitration. Any such controversy or claim must be arbitrated on an individual basis, and must not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration must be conducted in London, England, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Either you or grantscheme.uk may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in England, as necessary to protect the rights or property of you or grantscheme.uk.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. grantscheme.uk failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any condition shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as forming a partnership or joint venture either with individuals enrolled in the Scheme, or participation third party companies. No third party company will have the right or ability to create any obligation on grantscheme.uk behalf. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and grantscheme.uk in regards to the Services and the Scheme.
